Metro's Nature in Neighborhoods Draft Ordinance
		On April 14th, 2005, Metro released a draft ordinance aimed at improving wildlife habitat.  The program is part of the statewide Goal 5.  Metro's draft ordinance is currently being reviewed and discussed.  Impacts will be significant on the Columbia Corridor, but focused primarily on the Columbia Slough. Metro will be holding hearings on Nature in Neighborhoods until April 19th.  CCA will be hosting Metro staff and elected officials at our May25th Breakfast Forum.  Call Marissa at 503.287.8686 for reservations.
